Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 20, 2026
This policy describes how Akrivos LLC (“Akrivos”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our mobile applications (the “Apps”). By using the Apps, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Data stored on your device. Your settings, saved progress, statistics, and results are stored locally on your device. We do not access this data; it never leaves your device unless a feature below says otherwise.
Anonymous usage data. Through our analytics provider we may collect anonymous usage information, such as screens viewed, features used, session length, app version, device type and operating system, a randomly generated app-instance identifier, and approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. This data is not tied to your name, email, or any account.
Crash and performance data. If an App crashes or misbehaves, we may collect crash logs and diagnostic and performance information to identify and fix problems.
Purchase and entitlement records. When you make an in-app purchase, we may store a record of the entitlement (what was unlocked, an anonymized identifier, and store transaction references) so purchases can be validated, restored across devices and reinstalls, and protected against fraud. We never receive or store your payment information, card details, or billing address.
Anonymous identifiers. The Apps may create an anonymous account identifier (with no name, email, or password) used solely to associate entitlement records and provide app functionality.
Support communications. If you contact us or use an in-app report feature, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your message, an email address if you provide one, and technical context about the error you are reporting.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to operate and improve the Apps, fix bugs, understand which features are used, validate and restore purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising. The Apps contain no ads.
3. In-App Purchases
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms and privacy policies. This applies to all purchase types we may offer now or in the future, including one-time purchases, consumable purchases such as tips, and any subscriptions. As described in Section 1, we retain entitlement records but never your payment details.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, anonymous authentication, cloud functions, and data storage. Data these services process is subject to Google’s privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Firebase’s terms (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). Purchases are subject to Apple’s privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) or Google Play’s terms. We may add or change service providers; this policy will continue to govern the categories of data described here.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time using in-app options or by uninstalling the App. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form. Entitlement records are retained while relevant to supporting your purchases. To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Apps, email cs@akrivos.org; we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data, including encryption in transit for all network communication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Apps are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact cs@akrivos.org and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, including opting out of analytics collection, by emailing cs@akrivos.org.
California residents: We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor deletion and disclosure requests.
EU, EEA, and UK residents: Our legal bases are legitimate interests (operating and improving the Apps, fraud prevention) and performance of a contract (delivering purchases); you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers process data on servers in the United States and other countries, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. We rely on our providers’ safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
