Akrivos LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mobile applications (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our Apps and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
Information stored on your device. Your settings, progress, and saved data are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or have access to this data.
Usage and diagnostic data. We collect anonymous usage data (such as screens viewed, features used, and session length) and crash reports (such as device model, operating system version, app version, and technical error details). This data is collected through anonymous installation identifiers and is not linked to your identity.
Information you send us. If you contact us or submit a bug report, we receive the information you choose to include.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to operate and improve our Apps, fix bugs, understand which features are used, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never receive your payment information, card details, or billing address. Purchases and refunds are managed by the respective platform.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Apps use Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, and the Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases. These services process data under their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention & Deletion
Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time using in-app options or by uninstalling the App. Anonymous analytics and crash data is retained by our service providers in aggregated form and cannot be linked back to you. For any data request, contact us at cs@akrivos.org and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of analytics collection through your device settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at cs@akrivos.org.
California residents: We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA residents: We process the data described above on the basis of legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers process data on servers located in the United States. By using our Apps, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
